Doch wie kann man diesen Teufelskreis durchbrechen und endlich erfolgreich voranschreiten? In diesem Blogbeitrag m\u00f6chte ich die Herausforderungen ansprechen, mit denen Strategieleiter konfrontiert sind, und Wege aufzeigen, wie eine konsequentere Ausrichtung und eine effektive Strategieumsetzung gelingen k\u00f6nnen.  <br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-die-fallstricke-der-strategischen-planung\">Die Fallstricke der strategischen Planung:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Stellen Sie sich folgendes Szenario vor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der CEO ruft ein strategisches Meeting ein, um den richtigen Plan zu schmieden und endlich erfolgreich loszumarschieren. Doch schon bei der Auswahl der Teilnehmer entsteht Verwirrung. Die \u00fcblichen Verd\u00e4chtigen werden berufen, aber wichtige Verantwortliche aus den Bereichen Vertrieb und Marketing fehlen. Zudem wird \u00fcber etwas diskutiert, das es gar nicht gibt: &#8222;strategische Planung&#8220;.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier liegt ein grundlegendes Missverst\u00e4ndnis vor. Es kann entweder um einen strategischen Entwurf gehen, also einen vielversprechenden Zielzustand, oder um einen Plan zur schrittweisen Umsetzung der Strategie. Um diese zu erreichen, ist es unerl\u00e4sslich,<i>&#8222;beyond horizon<\/i>&#8220; zu denken und ein klares Zielbild zu entwickeln, das anders ist als das, was heute gemacht wird. Nur mit einer klaren Vision und dem Glauben daran k\u00f6nnen Unternehmen erfolgreich neue Wege beschreiten und die Umsetzung beschleunigen.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-der-strategische-fortschritt\">Der strategische Fortschritt<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategische Arbeit erfordert eine kontinuierliche Bewertung des Fortschritts. Es geht nicht nur um langfristige Ergebnisse, sondern auch um t\u00e4gliche Aufgaben. Strategieleiter sollten sich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig mit den relevanten Fortschrittsgr\u00f6\u00dfen auseinandersetzen, die anzeigen, ob sie dem strategischen Zielzustand n\u00e4herkommen.
