(Senior) Manager:in
As a (Senior) Manager at ProgressMaker, you will lead high-impact engagements focused on establishing excellent execution and performance management for our clients. You’ll guide, advise, and empower our clients – from top management to operational teams – and play an active role in shaping transformation. Along the way, you’ll learn the proven EPM (Enterprise Progress Management) methodology and become fluent in using the ProgressMaker Platform alongside our experienced team.
Your Responsibilities at a Glance:
- You manage complex programs and transformations – with structure, clarity, and a focus on measurable results.
- You coach clients in formulating target visions, KPIs, and OKRs – methodically sound and with business impact.
- You moderate top-level workshops and develop actionable strategies together with stakeholders.
- You work closely with our product team to develop innovative solutions for our platform and test them in practice.
- You develop thought leadership in your areas of expertise (e.g., through workshops or impulse formats) and act as a source of inspiration for clients and colleagues.
- You mentor younger team members and actively contribute to the further development of our consulting services.
- You identify opportunities that offer added value to our customers and contribute to the development of new and existing business.

What You Bring - At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, a consulting-related environment, or responsible for managing large programs or transformations
- A completed degree (bachelor’s or master’s), e.g. in economics, engineering, natural sciences or related fields – preferably supplemented by a doctorate
- Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2)
- Affinity for digital tools, AI and control technologies
- Enjoy taking on responsibility and shaping leadership
