As a (Senior) Manager at ProgressMaker, you will lead high-impact engagements focused on establishing excellent execution and performance management for our clients. You’ll guide, advise, and empower our clients – from top management to operational teams – and play an active role in shaping transformation. Along the way, you’ll learn the proven EPM (Enterprise Progress Management) methodology and become fluent in using the ProgressMaker Platform alongside our experienced team.

Your Responsibilities at a Glance:

• Lead complex programs and transformations – with structure, clarity, and a focus on measurable results.
• Coach clients in defining target visions, KPIs, and OKRs – with a solid methodology and real business impact.
• Facilitate top-level workshops and co-create actionable strategies with stakeholders.

• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, a related advisory environment, or in leading major programs or transformations.

Junior Project Manager Software Development (f/m/d)

You are enthusiastic about new technologies and have a good understanding of technical processes. You enjoy developing, planning and organizing. Then we would be delighted to get to know you!

As a Junior Project Manager, you will learn all the steps of software development under the guidance of an experienced project manager. You will become the communicative interface between customers and our design and development teams. You will accompany new features from customer requirements, conception and wireframing, design and development through to final implementation based on use cases and customer journeys. You will manage our agile design and development teams in project management, create test cases and share responsibility for testing and accepting new features in the test center. You will quickly learn all the necessary project management methods and tools with a high level of personal responsibility and will be directly involved in their review and optimization.

What are your tasks …

• Support for well-known customers and receipt of customer requests
• Coordinating content and strategy with customers and product development and acting as an interface to the various international teams
• Concept development, wireframing and creating and accompanying briefings for designers and developers
• Management of agile design and development teams in JIRA (Scrum, Kanban)
• Creating test cases and testing and approving new features

First-Level Support & QA (m/f/d)

What are your tasks …

• As a first-level supporter, you are the contact person for our customers when it comes to technical questions, explanations of the tool and user problems.
• As an interface between customers and internal teams, you love interacting with our users, receiving professional and technical inquiries, error messages and faults by phone or e-mail and processing them independently.
• You test the reported user problems and document them in English in our ticket system (JIRA).
• You are technically experienced enough to take on the testing of new and further developments.
• Frontend testing is your thing! You like to make sure that new features are implemented without errors.
• A well-functioning product is your top priority. That’s why you explicitly test the core functionality and important use cases of our software and present the unfiltered results to our development team.
• Your quality awareness ensures the prompt resolution of critical bugs and initiates all necessary steps for the successful release of our software solutions.
• You are responsible for the independent planning and execution of software tests, development of test concepts, specifications and test cases. You will also be responsible for creating user documentation.
• You keep track of current tickets and inform our customers about available solutions.
• Thanks to your positive attitude, strong communication skills, patience and friendliness, you ensure that customer interaction and communication runs smoothly.

Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

What are your tasks…

• Coordination and management of a product team to define the right product/market fit for our solutions
• You are responsible for prioritizing your backlog, discovering strategic opportunities, empowering and strengthening your team by creating product roadmaps – for the entire lifecycle of your product area, from discovery to implementation (incl. quality assurance)

• Analysis of customer and product requirements and development of a convincing product vision and roadmap

UI/UX Designer (f/m/d)

What are your tasks …

• Whether developing new ideas or graphically enhancing the user interface, you will work closely with our product development team and developers in an agile environment.
• Our product still has a lot of upside potential. Therefore, you can live out your creativity to the full and further develop existing applications and create new graphical interfaces.
• You develop interactive prototypes, visual concepts, flowcharts, create mockups and optimize user journeys.
• In the test phase, you validate and optimize the concepts, ensuring outstanding usability and a convincing user experience.
• In the preparation, implementation and evaluation of usability tests, you are an important interface between our product management and development.

• A successfully completed apprenticeship or degree is not everything! If you already have several years of experience in the field of user experience, user interface design and conception for SaaS, browser-based software and websites, then convince us with your portfolio.
